We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download, install, and play the game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a compatible mobile device.
All content, art assets, software code, graphic elements, sound designs, and trademarked materials (including the name "Gravity Nova") are the exclusive intellectual property of Deep Space Lab. You may not decompile, copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our assets without explicit written consent.
Your high scores, stardust, and skin unlocks are saved entirely locally on your device. Cleardown of your browser data, local cache, or game data reset from the preference menu will permanently erase this data. We cannot recover lost local progression.
The game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will be completely bug-free or run uninterrupted on all devices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deep Space Lab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the application.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international software laws. Any disputes arising here from shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court systems.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the application following any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
